Archdesk Customer Success Team is dedicated to make sure the implementation of the system at your company is as smooth as possible and that using the system will not only bring you financial and operational benefits, but will become a pleasant, daily activity.
The implementation of the system meaning the set up of the system and bulk import of the data should take 1-2 weeks with both sides commitments.
We do not expect our users to be pro-users of Archdesk from day one. It may take up to 90 days for a user to feel comfortable navigating the system. It all depends on the type of business you run and functionalities you use in Archdesk.
